Jul 13, 2009

If you are starting a fitness regime for the first time, begin gradually by building up your endurance. This can be done by walking for approximately 30 minutes each day. Gradually increase your time until you can walk continuously for 60 minutes without discomfort. These exercise routines should be supplemented by some simple stretching exercises to increase your flexibility. After a period of a few weeks some vigorous activities such as running, cycling or swimming should be added to you work-out. Your aim should be to gradually increase your stamina until you can cover the following distances: run 3 miles, cycle 12 miles, swim 0.75 miles. Continue your exercise and flexibility routines but adapt them to suit your selected sport or requirements. All of this helps how to lose weight fast
